About Us

Patrick J. Sullivan
Principal/Founder

Pat started Converse Capital, LLC in 2006 to provide marketing and disposition services to owners of commercial investment real estate. Over the span of his career, he has been responsible for over $2 billion in investment transactions and industrial investment transactions alone exceeding 31 million square feet with an aggregate value in excess of $1.2 billion. Prior to founding Converse Capital, Pat spent four years as a Senior Director in the Capital Market Group of Cushman & Wakefield in Rosemont, Illinois. From 1991 to 2002, Pat worked in the Investment Services Group of Grubb & Ellis Company in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Sullivan spent three years as an investment broker in Baird & Warner’s Corporate Group and five years with Inland Commercial Property Sales before his time at Grubb & Ellis.

A graduate of Illinois State University, Mr. Sullivan has a B.S. in Business Administration, with minors in real estate and construction.

Tiffany A. Puls

Tiffany became part of Converse Capital’s team in March 2006. Some of her primary roles include managing the marketing process, underwriting offering memoranda and organizing client reporting.

Prior to working at Converse Capital, Tiffany worked as the Senior Personal Banking Specialist for Operations at Home State Bank, N.A. located in Crystal Lake, Illinois. She was responsible for the administration of account documentation and the continual training of both new and existing Personal Banker Counselors at all of Home State Banks McHenry and Kane County facilities.

Tiffany holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Business Management from Columbia College of Missouri.
