TRANSACTION SUMMARY:
Converse Capital was hired to market two value-add industrial facilities in the Southern Cook County community of Chicago. One of the subject assets was vacant and the other was leased at a rate well below market with nearly four years remaining on the lease. Even with extremely difficult conditions in the credit markets, and minimal leasing activity, Converse produced five (5) capable bidders allowing ProLogis to dispose of the assets at the best possible terms.
